We not only have extensive experience in handling Mississippi Workers' Compensation Claims, we are also licensed throughout the Southeast and regularly handle claims in Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee and Oklahoma.

We supervise a national account's self-insured workers' compensation program in all 38 of the deductible states in which they operate. Our staff assisted them in obtaining their TPA for this program, and this TPA subsequently reports to Associated Adjusters for authority to settle claims in excess of $10,000.

Due to our location on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, we frequently handle USL&H and Jones Act claims.
