This means FileHandler® provides adjusters, supervisors, managers and other authorized users real time data through Microsoft Internet Explorer Browsers.

	Navigating the system is simple and direct with online help as well as client support during normal business hours.
	All that's necessary to access the system is an internet connection.
	Allows client view only access to their live data on claims to include reserves, notes, payments, 24/7, while other client data is safe, secure and inaccessible.
	Allows clients to communicate through the system or email.
	Allows clients to run standard or costumed reports at will.
	For those clients requiring customized checks to be printed with MICR coding on blank check stock, FH integrates the Custom Check Stock.
	Being located on the MS Gulf Coast and subject to hurricanes our web servers are located out of state and out of harms way.
	Accurately tracks large Self-Insured Retention Plans and large Deductible programs and Subrogation/Other Recoveries.
	Produces Detailed Loss Runs, Summary reports by policy and/or year, Excess of Specific Retention reports and Excess Carrier Reports.
